2009 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD
Opened the season with a 49.97 in the 400-meter dash at the Alabama Relays to finish 17th… finished 13th in the 400-meter dash at the Colonial Relays with a career-best time of 49.18, while also helping the 4x400-meter relay team to a ninth-place finish with a 3:18.23… was on the 4x400-meter relay team that finished sixth at the Morgan State Legacy Meet with a time of 3:15.02… finished 23rd in the 400-meter dash at the MEAC Championships, running a 49.91.

2008-09 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD
Ran a 52.30 in the 400-meter dash at the CNU Holiday Open, finishing 19th… ran a 51.57 in the preliminaries of the 400-meter dash at the MEAC Championships, finishing 29th.

STAMFORD HIGH SCHOOL
City champion in the 4x400-meter relay as a freshman… also won city titles in the 400-meter dash and triple jump as a sophomore… ran a 50.94 in the 400-meter dash en route to winning another city championship as a junior… was also FCIAC Class LL 4x100-meter relay and triple jump champion… made the all-region team in the indoor 4x200-meter relay… ran a personal-best 48.5 in the 400-meter dash as a senior, while also running 22.4 in the 200-meter dash… finished fourth in the sprint medley relay at the Adidas Outdoor Classic… FCIAC champion in the 400-meter dash and 4x100-meter relay.
