Release to full NABC All-District Teams
KANSAS CITY, MO. – Hampton junior guard
Jermaine Marrow was announced on Thursday afternoon as a first team All-District 3 team by the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC).
District 3 consists of players from the Big South and Atlantic Sun Conferences as ten players were recognized on a pair of five-player teams.
Marrow continues to rewrite pages in the Hampton history books with a season scoring average of 25.3 points, 5.0 assists and 4.2 rebounds per game. He finished the regular season with eight 30+-point games topped by a career-high 40 against High Point.
The Newport News, Va. native has had 14 games of six or more assists and currently has a 13-game streak of 20+-points. He is currently ranked fourth nationally in scoring and has scored the second most points in a single season in Hampton history (785) only trailing Rick Mahorn (855).
