Hampton University junior hurdler Jaelen Williams will run his semifinal heat of the 400 hurdles at the NCAA Track and Field Championships tonight starting at 7 pm EST at the University of Texas.

The running events will be shown on ESPN2 starting at 5pm EST and again at 7:30 pm.  Link to watch online is here.

Williams is seeded 14^th in the field and will run in the second of three semifinal heats.  He will need to finish in the top two of his heat or have one of the two best non-advancing times.

On the year, he has had season best times in each of his last three races.  In the Big South Conference meet he broke the conference record in the preliminary heat and then again in the finals.
