HAMPTON, Va. (Nov. 20, 2022) — Despite what is typically blustery weather just before Thanksgiving, college basketball will start to sizzle this holiday season, as the 2022 Santa Barbara Beach Classic brings a trio of exciting hoops matchups across three straight days to the cliffs and beaches of Santa Barbara, California.  First up, the Hampton Pirates will square off with the host UCSB Gauchos, on Monday night at 9pm EST on ESPN+.  Next, Hampton will duel with the North Alabama Lions in a neutral affair on UCSB's court, Tuesday at 3pm EST. Finally, the Gauchos and Lions do battle on the final day of action at 10pm EST on ESPN+.
