Hampton, VA– Hampton Men's Tennis dropped 6-1 decision against UNC Asheville Saturday Morning at the Neilson-Screen Stadium.
 
Final Score: Hampton 1– UNC Asheville 6
 
The loss brings HU to 2-13 on the season. UNC Asheville improves to a 9-6 record.
 
The Bulldogs claimed the doubles point after winning the No. 2 position 6-0. No. 1 position remained unfinished while No 3 resulted in a withdrawal from Hampton.
 
UNC Asheville controlled the singles matches 3-1. Sophomore Donte Armbrister (Nassau, Bahamas) defeated the bulldogs Serra 6-4, 6-3 in the No. 4 position, followed by a withdrawal on Hampton in the No. 6 position.
 
The Pirates match for Sunday, April 3, at home against Virginia State University at 11AM has been postponed.
