NORFOLK, Va. (Oct. 16, 2025) … Ashley Lavrich and Summer Reimet recorded a goal and two assists apiece for visiting Monmouth as they defeated Hampton 4-0 in CAA Women's Soccer action on Thursday at Powhatan Field.

Hampton (5-9-1. 0-6-0) kept the Hawks off the board for the first 25 minutes before Reimet sent a crossing pass in and Lindsey Husic tallied the opening goal of the contest at 25:04. The Pirates held Monmouth in check the remainder of the half and trailed 1-0 at intermission.

In the second half, Lavrich assisted on the first two goals finding Chloe Messer on a corner kick at 52:43 and then connecting with Reimet at 61:14 to make the advantage 3-0. The final goal was by Lavrich off a helper from Reimet at 67:52 for a 4-0 lead.

Monmouth (10-4-1, 5-2-0) held a 20-8 advantage in shots and a 12-7 advantage in corner kicks. The eight shots in the contest for Hampton matched a CAA season high done against Campbell and Drexel. Avery John had a season-high 10 saves for the Pirates.

Hampton will celebrate Senior Day on Sunday as they host Northeastern at 1 p.m. at Powhatan Field.
