Hampton Basketball’s Greg Fahey Selected to TopConnect Basketball Symposium

Director of Athletics Anthony D. Henderson Sr. also to Serve at a Symposium

HAMPTON, Va. (June 5, 2025) … After an offseason of a promotion and title change, Hampton's Greg Fahey has been selected to participate in the 2025 TopConnect Basketball Symposium. This prestigious event identifies the top assistant basketball coaches in the country and connects them with mid-major Athletic Directors. The event provides networking and leadership development opportunities for both parties involved.

This year's TopConnect Basketball Symposium is taking place in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. on June 9. In its eighth year, TopConnect develops educational programming that allows these top assistant coaches to hear from a variety of successful leaders and speakers. The 2025 symposium is headlined by a panel of prominent and successful coaches and industry leaders.

Hampton Director of Athletics Anthony D. Henderson Sr. will serve as a one of several athletic directors on hand including, Mark Benson, University of Albany; Mark Wharton, University of Tennessee, Chattanooga, Nico Yantko of Murray State University, and Jon Schemmel of University of South Dakota.
