2007 (Junior)
First Team All-MEAC selection…was named MEAC softball player of the week …Started in all 49 games for the Lady Pirates…spent majority of the time at second base with a couple games as the catcher and one game at shortstop…batted a career high of .336 with 57 hits at 170 at bats…racked up 11 doubles and three triples…scored 50 runs while also hitting in 30 RBIs…Davis hit another career high of nine homeruns…Stole 15 bases in 16 attempts…totaled 115 putouts, 75 assists and 18 errors with a fielding percentage of .913…In a conference competition versus Coppin State Davis went 3-4 with two homeruns, four RBIs, and three runs score…Hit two home-runs, a solo shot and a two-run homer in a conference game versus UMES…On 4/21 vs. Delaware State Brittany went 3-4 with three runs, two RBIs and a double to help the Lady Pirates win 10-0. 
 
2006 (Sophomore)
Appeared in 51 games for the Lady Pirates, starting 40 at numerous positions including: catcher (19),
second base (10), right field (5), left field (4), designated hitter (1) and third base (1)… batted .202 after recording 25 hits in 124 at bats… led the Lady Pirates with 11 sacrifices… drove in 11 runs and also walked 11 times…scored 24 runs and had an on base percentage of .277… stole 13 bases in
15 attempts… totaled 111 putouts, 32 assists and fi ve errors for a fielding percentage of .966… drove in a season-high three runs in Hampton’s 7-6 win at South Carolina State… had five multi-hit
games and at one time posted a six-game hitting streak.
 
2005 (Freshman)
Second Team All-MEAC selection… also named to the Virginia Sports Information Directors All-State Team as a utility player…started 20 games at second base, 16 at shortstop, five in right field
and three at catcher… was the leadoff hitter in 25 contests… batted .317 while recording 45 hits and 12 RBIs… fifth in the MEAC in walks (19), seventh in doubles (9) and 10th in on base percentage
(.399)… finished second on the team in runs scored with 31…led the Lady Pirates with 13 multi-hit games… had 11 extra base hits including a triple and a home run… posted a six-game hitting streak at one point during the season… was 2-for-2 with two doubles, two runs scored and a walk in a win over Morgan State(3/13)… hit her first career home run and went 3-for-3 to help give Coach Laster his 450th career victory with a win over Lafayette (3/16)… defensively recorded 61 assists and 84 putouts… was 6-for-9 on stolen base attempts…
 
High School
Earned four letters as both an infielder and outfield specialist at
Worthington Kilbourne High School… Helped the Wolves in
winning the 2004 Ohio City Conference Championship with a
record 15-3 overall… Played two seasons under head coach Bob
Lee as a Varsity student-athlete, where she saw most of her time
at third base… Named to the All-Ohio City Conference Team as a
senior, as well as being an Honorable Mention as a junior… Named
the Best Defensive player on the squad… Helped the Wolves to
earn a District Runner-up title.

Born as the daughter of Shellee Fisher Davis and Reggie Davis …
Came into the world on the day of January 10, 1986 … Currently,
Brittany is majoring in sport management at Hampton University
… She decided to come to HU because it offered a great and
different atmosphere … Her career ambition is to work in sales with a NFL franchise.
