2008 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Finished 22nd (2:17.23) in the 800-meter run and 64th in the 1,500-meter run (5:10.88) at the Wake Forest Open… came in 38th at the Raleigh Relays in Section II of the 1,500-meter run with a time of 5:05.58… finished fourth in the 1,500-meter run at the Murray Neely Invitational at North Carolina A&T, running a 5:06.39… came in sixth in the 800-meter run at the MEAC outdoor championships with a time of 2:17.55.
2007-08 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Second Team All-MEAC in the distance medley… finished third in the 800-meter run at the Maryland-Eastern Shore Coach O College Invitational, running a 2:19.86… came in sixth in the 500-meter run at the George Mason Father Diamond Invitational with a time of 1:18.78… finished ninth in the 800-meter run at the University of Maryland Terrapin Invitational after posting a 2:20.89… a 2:14.47 in the 800-meter run at the Penn State National Invitational was good enough for third… finished fourth in the 800-meter run at the MEAC indoor championships with a 2:18.43.
2007 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON
Finished 25th in the Raleigh Invitational with a 22:00.00… time of 20:26.03 at the Maryland-Eastern Shore Cappy Anderson Invite was good enough for 18th… finished 86th at the William & Mary Colonial Inter-Regional Cross Country Challenge, running a 26:42.50… posted a team-best ninth at the Norfolk State Invitational with a time of 20:50.00… finished 44th in the William & Mary Tribe Open (24:54.40)… finished 30th at the MEAC championships with a time of 21:08.30.

Came in second in the 800-meter run at the Norfolk State Collegiate Open, running a 2:23.34… ran a 2:43.10 to finish 14th in the 800-meter run at the William & Mary Tribe Invite.

Finished 19th in the mile run at the Christopher Newport Lid-Lifter, running a 6:06.61… ran a 3:05.73 in the 1,000-meter run at the Virginia Tech Invitational to finish 14th… finished third in the 800-meter run at the CNU Vince Brown Invitational with a 2:21.88… came in 13th in the 800-meter run at the MEAC Championships, running a 2:21.64.
2006 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON
Finished 25th in the Adidas Cross Country Invitational, running a 21:57.00… ran a 20:43.75 at the Maryland-Eastern Shore Cappy Anderson Invitational, finishing 18th… 26:22.70 at the William & Mary Colonial Inter-Regional was good enough for 93rd… finished ninth at the Norfolk State Invitational with a 20:13.11… finished 47th at the Tribe Open, running a 26:31.50… finished 26th at the MEAC Championships with a time of 20:07.90.
BISHOP LOUGHLIN MEMORIAL HIGH SCHOOL
Ran track all four years, while competing on the cross country team as a freshman, sophomore and junior… won leadership awards as a freshman while running a 2.11 in the 800-meter run, 55 second in the 400-meter dash and 16:45 in the 2.5-mile run… matched the 2:11 mark in the 800-meter run as a sophomore en route to earning MVP honors… was named MVP again as a junior after running 2:15 in the 800-meter run and 57 seconds in the 400-meter dash… helped the team win a city championship as a senior, running a 2:15 800-meter run and the 400-meter dash in 57 seconds.
