2009 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Ran a 1:04.66 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Raleigh Relays to finish 25th… finished seventh in the 400-meter hurdles at the Colonial Relays with a time of 1:04.57… ran a 1:12.26 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Hampton Relays, finishing ninth… ran a 1:02.59 to finish seventh in the 400-meter hurdles at the Morgan State Legacy Meet before helping the 4x400-meter relay team finish third at 3:49.96… was on the 4x400-meter relay team that finished 61st at the Penn Relays with a time of 3:58.93… finished seventh in the 400-meter hurdles at the MEAC Championships in 1:01.65… also helped the 4x400-meter relay team finish fourth with a time of 3:43.27.

2008-09 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Finished eighth in the 400-meter dash at the CNU Holiday Open, running a 58.89, while also helping the 4x400-meter relay team finish first with a 3:51.89… ran a 58.66 in the 400-meter dash at the UMES Lid-Lifter to finish fourth and helped the 4x400-meter relay team win with a time of 3:53.78… won the 400-meter dash at the Virginia Tech Invitational with a time of 57.70, while also helping the 4x400-meter relay team win its third straight title in 3:45.34… ran a 57.85 in the 400-meter dash at the Penn State Invitational to finish eighth… finished fifth in the 400-meter dash at the Hampton University Invitational with a 59.14… ran a 57.58 in the 400-meter dash at the Armory New Balance Collegiate Invitational, finishing 52nd… ran a 58.19 in the 400-meter dash at the MEAC Championships to finish 10th, while also helping the 4x400-meter relay team to the title at 3:46.08.

2008 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Ran a 59.85 in the 400-meter dash to finish 26th at the Wake Forest Open… finished 20th in the 400-meter hurdles at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 1:03.79… finished 14th in the 400-meter hurdles at the MEAC Championships with a 1:02.99.

2007-08 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Finished second in the 400-meter dash at the Maryland-Eastern Shore Coach O College Invitational, running a 58.75… ran a 1:18.64 to finish fifth in the 500-meter run at the George Mason father Diamond Invitational… finished 15th in the 400-meter dash (57.10) and 26th in the 200-meter dash (25.64) at the Penn State National Invitational… finished seventh in the 400-meter dash at the MEAC Championships with a time of 58.01.

RILEY HIGH SCHOOL
Ran the 100-meter dash in 11.9 seconds as a freshman, earning team MVP and NiC First Team honors… named MVP in both track and basketball as a sophomore… was a state runner-up in the 300-meter hurdles her junior year… won regional and city championships her senior year.

Born Aug, 30, 1988… daughter of Beverly Harris… has a brother: Ryan (22), and a sister: Corliss (27)… nicknamed Missy… majoring in chemical engineering.
