2008 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Finished eighth in the 3,000-meter run at the 2008 Murray Neely Invitational at North Carolina A&T, running a 11:50.00… finished 11th at the MEAC outdoor championships in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 21:28.37.
2007 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON
Finished 80th at the William & Mary Colonial Inter-Regional Cross Country Challenge with a time of 26:01.90… came in 12th at the Norfolk State Invitational, running a 12:13.00… her 25:49.90 at the William & Mary Tribe Open was good enough for 63rd… finished 27th at the MEAC championships with a 21:00.70.
ELIZABETH SETON HIGH SCHOOL
Earned her first varsity track letter as a sophomore after spending her freshman year on the JV team… earned another varsity letter as a junior, also winning the Coach’s Award in cross country… helped the track team win the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference championship her senior year.

Born July 28, 1989… daughter of Jacqueline and Augustus Thomas… has one brother, Marcus (20)… majoring in marine and environmental science… aspires to become a marine mammal researcher.
