Hampton University senior running back Jeremiah Schwartz was named HU Athlete of the Week after his performance on the gridiron this past week.

Schwartz recorded his fourth 100-yard rushing game of the season this past Thursday at North Carolina Central, carrying the ball 20 times for 129 yards. He also scored two touchdowns in the loss to the Eagles.

He averaged 6.5 yards per carry at NCCU and is currently second in the MEAC in rushing.
