Hampton University junior wide receiver/returner Jorrian Washington was named HU Athlete of the Week following his performance this past weekend on the gridiron.

Washington (Los Angeles, Calif.) caught four passes for 35 yards at Coastal Carolina this past Saturday night, while also returning five kickoffs for a total of 112 yards – with his long of the night clocking in at 39 yards.

He also led the Pirates with 147 all-purpose yards.
