Hampton University redshirt sophomore punter Christian Faber-Kinney was named HU Athlete of the Week for his performance on the gridiron this past weekend.

Faber-Kinney (Williamsburg, Va.) averaged 51.8 yards per punt on Saturday against Norfolk State in the State Farm Battle of the Bay. He booted the ball four times for a total of 207 yards, pinning one punt inside the 20-yard line.

He had three punts of at least 50 yards, including a 60-yarder.
