Hampton University guard Quinton Chievous was named HU Athlete of the Week for his performance on the hardwood this past week.

Chievous recorded his ninth double-double of the season, with 20 points and 10 rebounds, in the Pirates' 87-79 win over Morgan State this past Monday. He went 8-for-15 from the floor and hit three of his four free throws.

He has recorded three straight double-doubles.
