Hampton University senior Reggie Dixon was named Athlete of the Week following his outstanding performance on the track this past weekend.

Dixon (Plainfield, N.J.) won two event titles at the Golden Flash Gala in Kent, Ohio this past Friday and Saturday. He won the 60-meter dash with a facility-record 6.67, before running a season-best 21.33 to take the 200-meter dash.

This is the second straight week in which Dixon has been named HU Athlete of the Week.
