HAMPTON, Va. – The Hampton University soccer team hosted the visiting Lancers of Longwood University. Madison Lockamy scored two goals for the lancers and Taylor Alvey added two assists on a sunny Wednesday afternoon, as the Lady Pirates fell short 4-0.

Longwood scored in the fourth minute on an unassisted goal by Emilie Kupsov. She would find Lockamy who would score at the 24 minute mark to help push the lead to 3-0 to close out the first half.
The Lancers outshot the Lady Pirates 12-4 in the game as
Maya Andrews finished with three saves. Hampton hits the road to Boiling Springs, NC, as they take on the Runnin' Bulldogs of Gardner-Webb University on Saturday Sept 28 at 3pm.Â
