Hampton University sailing coach Alessandro Ambrosi will be part of a virtual panel through U.S. Sailing titled - Diversity, Equity and Inclusion: Where we are and where we are going.  The panel will be at 5pm on Wednesday, May 26.

Ambrosi and the panelists will explain how their affiliated organizations have implemented strategies to increase awareness and opportunities in sailing for more diverse populations.  Panelists will be representing organizations from different focus areas of the sport, including college sailing, professional racing, grassroots DEI program, and the US Sailing DEI Committee.
