FULL EVENT RESULTS
Saturday's competition was cut short due to gusty winds that swept through the peninsula at more than 40 mph. The Pirates were able to only complete four races after the Committee called the day.
Hampton finished day one in fourth place.
Unfortunately, Hampton endured some unexpected personnel changes on Sunday. HU finished in the 6th final place Division A. In Division B, Tommaso Ciaglia with Richard Garza and without Stefano Palamara collected a 17th place.
"It was a great race by Palamara and Dilikoglu in a very difficult environment," said head coach Alessandro Ambrosi.
The Pirates will return to action April 8-9, competing in the Ocean City Spring Open in Tom's River, NJ.
