First off, thank you again for your support of the Hampton Pirates. As this school year comes to an end, we are proud of the accomplishments of our student-athletes, both athletically and academically, and they could not have done it without you. 

Last month, Coach Robert Prunty and I mutually agreed that it was time for a change in leadership of the Hampton Pirates football team.  I am confident that change was necessary to prepare our football program for greatness in 2024 and beyond. The team will be led by Interim Head Coach Trent Boykin, a proven winner with almost 30 years of coaching experience in college football.  President Williams and I believe he is the right person for the job, and we are committed to giving him the support he needs to be successful.

Coach Boykin will need your support this season as well.  We are excited to announce season ticket, tailgating and parking info for the 2024 season.  Our attendance last season was the highest in almost 10 years and we look forward to welcoming more people to Armstrong Stadium this season.  It is important to note that some seating, parking, and tailgating locations will now require donations to the Hampton Athletics Foundation.  These donations are tax deductible and go directly to fund our teams needs in travel, equipment, facilities and more.  Donations can be made at hamptonpirates.com/invest.  Season tickets will officially go on sale to the public on June 17 but we encourage you to make a deposit now for priority access to seating and parking.  For more info about tickets, parking and tailgating, please visit hamptonpirates.com/football-tickets.
