INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Nov. 21, 2025) … Four Pirates have been named to the HBCU All-Star Game watch list as announced Friday afternoon. The 2026 HBCU All-Star Game is a college basketball showcase highlighting 24 HBCU players in the country in Indianapolis on Sunday, April 5, 2026.
The four Pirates named to the watch list are Michael Eley, Christian Watson, Xzavier Long and Josh Ogundele. The watch list consists of 109 seniors across the MEAC, SWAC, CIAA, SIAC, Tennessee State, Hampton and North Carolina A&T.
"The HBCU All-Stars Movement is truly excited to be amongst some of college basketball's biggest story lines and historic moments during Final Four weekend. We have another great opportunity to show the world that HBCU's matter and bring this memorable HBCU All-Star Game Experience to the great city of Indianapolis.
