2009-10 SOPHOMORE SEASON
Averaged 80.7 over 15 rounds on the season… had seven rounds in the 70s on the season, including a season-best 76… shot a 76 in the first round and again in the third round of the Sea Trail Intercollegiate, as well as in the second round of the PGA Minority Collegiate Championship… tied for 31st in the season-opening Sea Trail Intercollegiate with a 20-over 236 (76-84-76)… shot a 27-over 171 (87-84) to finish tied for 63rd in the Rutgers Women’s Tournament… fired an 18-over 162 (81-81) in the Richmond Spider Invitational to finish in a tie for 44th… finished second in the Winston-Salem State Spring Challenge with a 26-over 170 (86-84)… fired a 12-over 156 (79-77) to finish tied for third with younger sister Nicole West in the Alabama A&M Golf Classic… shot a 79 in the first round of the Hartford Women’s Invitational… tied for ninth in the PGA Minority Collegiate Championship with a 20-over 236 (78-76-82).

2008-09 FRESHMAN SEASON
Averaged 84.2 per round over 18 rounds on the year… shot a team- and season-best 74 in the first round of the Don Benbow North-South Invitational… led the Lady Pirates with five rounds in the 70s… opened the fall with a 22-over 238 (78-83-77) to finish in a tie for 44th at the Sea Trail Intercollegiate… shot a 32-over 176 (86-90) at the Rutgers Women’s Invitational, finishing in a tie for 61st… finished third to lead the Lady Pirates at the Savannah State Fall Invitational, shooting a 26-over 168 (82-86)… opened the spring with a 13-over 153 (74-79) to finish in a tie for sixth at the Don Benbow North-South Invitational… finished fourth at the South Carolina State Triangular with a 29-over 173 (86-87) to help the Lady Pirates win the team title… shot a 32-over 176 (89-87) to finish in a tie for 20th at the Hartford Women’s Invitational… shot a 38-over 180 (86-94) to finish fifth in the Women’s Collegiate Championship… led the Lady Pirates at the PGA Minority Collegiate Championships, finishing 10th with a 37-over 253 (87-77-89).

C.H. FLOWERS HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year player on the varsity golf team… ranked fourth in the state of Maryland as a senior, helping C.H. Flowers win the Prince George’s County championship… graduated with honors… was also a member of STAR (Science and Technology Academic Reformers).

PERSONAL
Born May 19, 1990… daughter of Teryl and William West… has three sisters: Danisha (30), Danika (25) and Nicole (18)… sister Nicole also plays golf for Hampton University… was featured in the Washington Post… volunteered with the First Tee program… wants to earn a five-year MBA and eventually become a hotel owner.
