2013 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
First Team All-MEAC in the 4x400-meter relay… jumped 1.79 meters in the high jump at the season-opening Wake Forest Open, coming in eighth… won the 400-meter dash at the Calhoun Invitational with a 49.78… came in fourth in his section of the 400-meter dash at the Aggie Invitational with a 52.86… helped the Pirates win the 4x400-meter relay at the MEAC Championships with a 3:10.14… was also tied for fifth in the high jump (1.91 meters) and sixth in the decathlon (5,574 points)… helped the Pirates 4x400-meter relay squad finish fourth in the IC4A Championships with a 3:10.53… was on the Pirates 4x400 team that turned in a 3:09.99 at the NCAA East Preliminary.

2012-13 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Second Team All-MEAC in the heptathlon… jumped 1.84 meters to finish tied for seventh in the high jump at the Navy Invitational… ran a 2:05.24 in the 800-meter run at the CNU Holiday Open to finish 15th… finished second in the heptathlon at the CNU Captain’s Invitational with 4,298 points… tied for third in the 400-meter dash at the Penn State National with a time of 47.21… tallied 4,489 points in the heptathlon at the MEAC Championships, coming in second.

2012 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON
Opened the season with an 18:39.35 in the 5K Hornet Invitational… ran a 30:41.00 at the William & Mary Invitational, coming in 75th… ran a 29:31.50 at the HBCU Invitational, finishing 36th… was 83rd in the CNU Invitational with a 29:42.60… ran a 29:41.12 in the MEAC Championships, finishing 46th.

2012 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Ran a 48.43 in the 400-meter dash at the Raleigh Relays, finishing 23rd… jumped 1.85 meters in the unseeded high jump at the Colonial Relays, finishing second… finished fifth in the pole vault (3.51 meters) and 17th in the long jump (5.99 meters) at the Norfolk State Relays… was also 15th in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 17.20… finished fourth in the decathlon at the MEAC Championships with 5,815 points.

2011-12 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Jumped 1.84 meters in the high jump at the Navy Invitational, finishing tied for ninth… also ran a 51.09 in the 400-meter dash to finish 21st… tallied 4,231 points to finish 15th in the heptathlon at the Golden Flash Gala… jumped 1.80 meters to finish 12th in the high jump at the Father Diamond Invitational, while also finishing seventh in the 500-meter dash with a 1:06.50… ran a 1:05.24 in the 500-meter dash at the New York City Gotham Cup, finishing sixth… came in eighth in the high jump at Saturday at the Armory with a mark of 1.80 meters… finished tied for seventh in the high jump (1.80 meters) and 12th in the pole vault (3.16 meters) at the Captain’s Invitational… ran a season-best 1:04.42 in the 500-meter dash at the Penn State National Invitational to finish third… ran a 1:04.50 in the 500-meter dash at the New Balance Collegiate, finishing third… scored 4,272 points in the heptathlon at the MEAC Championships, finishing fifth… came in ninth in the 500-meter dash at the IC4A Championships, running a 1:05.43.

2011 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON
Ran a 32:30.97 in the UMES Lid-Lifter, finishing 34th.

CHANTILLY HIGH SCHOOL
Ran track & field all four years… was on the cross country team as a sophomore, junior and senior… won the 500-meter dash regional championship as a sophomore… won regional titles in the 500-meter dash and 4x800-meter relay as a junior… was a state champion in the 300-meter dash as a senior, while winning yet another regional title in the 500-meter dash… also played football and was on the wrestling team as a freshman.
