2011 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Opened with a 25.94 in the 200-meter dash at the Wake Forest Open, finishing 48th… also ran a 59.47 in the 400-meter dash to come in 45th… came in 25th in the 200-meter dash at the Johnson C. Smith Invitational after running a 26.45, while also finishing 16th in the 400-meter dash with a 59.54… ran a 26.15 in the 200-meter dash at the Morgan State Legacy Meet, finishing 30th.

2010-11 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Finished fifth in the 60-meter dash at the UMES Coach O Invitational with a 7.98, while also running a 26.34 in the 200-meter dash to finish first in her section… ran a 26.24 in the 200-meter dash at the Penn State Relays, finishing 18th… came in 22nd in the 200-meter dash at the Terrapin Invitational with a 26.55… ran a 26.52 in the 200-meter dash at the Vince Brown Invitational to finish ninth… also ran a 1:00.61 to finish seventh in the 400-meter dash.

2010 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Second Team All-MEAC in the 4x100-meter relay… helped the 4x100-meter relay team finish second in the MEAC Championships with a 45.58… ran a 26.63 in the 200-meter dash at the Shamrock Invitational to finish 38th… finished 12th in the 400-meter dash (58.27) and 35th in the 200-meter dash (26.22) at the UCF Invitational… ran a 58.77 in the 400-meter dash at the International Friendship & Freedom Games, finishing 12th.

2009-10 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
First Team All-MEAC in the 4x400-meter relay… helped the 4x400-meter relay team with the MEAC title with a 3:48.01… ran a 1:01.32 in the 400-meter dash at the Father Diamond Invitational to finish 10th… finished 13th in the 60-meter dash (7.95) and 19th in the 200-meter dash (26.37) at the UNC Classic… ran a 7.47 in the 55-meter dash at the Terrier Invitational to finish 10th.

BETHEL HIGH SCHOOL
Attended Houston County High School in Robins, Ga. as a freshman and sophomore… came to Bethel High School as a junior… won the Coach’s Award as a junior… also won the award as a senior, while also earning First Team honors in the 100-meter dash with a 12.00, the fourth-best time in Virginia… was also First Team in the 4x100-meter relay… helped Bethel win the Group AAA state title in indoor track & field as a senior… also played JV basketball as a freshman and sophomore, before moving up to varsity as a junior and senior.

PERSONAL
Born Oct. 25, 1990… daughter of Natalie and Bill Burrell… has one brother, William (18), and two sisters, Mariah (12) and Destiny (5)… cousin Stephanie Mackey is a Hampton University graduate, and she taught in the nursing department… featured in the Daily Press… majoring in kinesiology… wants to go to med school.
