You agree by use of this ticket not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the game or event to which this ticket is issued. Further you grant permission to the organization sponsoring the game or event to which this ticket is issued to utilize the holder’s image or likeness in connection with any video or other transmission of the event for which this ticket relates. Event date and time subject to change. You are admitted on the consideration and by your use of this ticket you consent to a reasonable search for alcohol, drugs, or any weapons. Hampton University reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or malicious or who fails to comply with the rules and regulations of Hampton University. Any violation of these conditions revokes the license granted herein and may subject you to eviction without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price. You assume all risk and danger incidental to the game, exhibition, or performance. You shall not, whilst in a Venue, use any electronic device to record or transmit any audio, visual or audio-visual material or any information or data concerning the progress, conduct or any other aspect of any Game for betting activities, unlicensed commercial activities or any other purposes in contravention of these terms and conditions, unless authorized or permitted to do so by the Coastal Athletic Association and Institution. Mobile phones used for strictly personal and private use are permitted. Any and all intellectual property rights in any unauthorized recording or transmission is assigned (by way of present assignment of future rights) to the Coastal Athletic Association. You further agree (if and whenever required to do so by the Coastal Athletic Association) to promptly execute all instruments and do all things necessary to vest the right, title, and interest in such rights to the Coastal Athletic Association absolutely and with full title guarantee. If you fail to comply with these terms and conditions, you may be refused entry to or evicted from the Venue.
