Hampton University sophomore quarterback Bryan Bailey was named HU Athlete of the Week for his performance this past weekend on the gridiron.

Bailey (Woodruff, S.C.) threw for a career-high 267 yards and three touchdowns as the football team picked up its first win of the season against Miles College on Saturday. Bailey completed 20 of his 31 passes in the victory.
 
Bailey completed passes to nine different receivers on Saturday.
