Hampton University senior sprinter Le'Quisha Parker was named HU Athlete of the Week for her performance on the track this past weekend.

Parker (Silver Spring, Md.) had a hand in winning four event titles this past weekend at both the Gene Anderson Invitational and Joe Hilton Open at North Carolina. In the Gene Anderson Invitational, she won the 60-meter dash (7.59) and 200-meter dash (24.62).
 
In addition, she was on both gold medal-winning 4x400-meter relay teams in the Gene Anderson Invitational (3:58.67) and the Joe Hilton Open (3:56.16).
