HAMPTON, Va. – As part of the Women's Basketball Coaches Association's Pink Zone initiative to raise breast cancer awareness, the Hampton University women's basketball team will hold “Shoots For the Cure Night” on Feb. 13, when the Lady Pirates take on Norfolk State at the HU Convocation Center.

Fans will be able to donate $5, $10 or another specified amount for every 3-pointer the Lady Pirates make in that contest. If Hampton drains, for example, 10 3-pointers against Norfolk State, donors who offered $5 per basket will donate $50.

You can mail your donations to the women's basketball office in the Convocation Center, Hampton, VA 23668. Please make all checks payable to Hampton University athletics. If you make your donation in honor or in the memory of a loved one, those names will be displayed on www.hamptonpirates.com.
