Lady Pirates Wrap-Up NCAA Eastern Regionals

RALEIGH, N.C. (Oct. 12, 2024) … The Lady Pirates were back in action this morning at the NCAA Eastern Regionals. The field consisted of 67 student-athletes from nine different institutions. For the second consecutive season Hampton has qualified for the national championship race.

Jordyn Bryant led coach Dr. Jodi Jensen's side recording Hampton's best finish of the race. The Los Angeles, Calif. native, finished today's race with a time of 1:25:24 and placed 59th. Bryant led the Lady Pirates last season at the qualifiers for nationals. The senior recorded a time of 12:31 in the swim, 44:44 in the bike portion, and had a time of 27:53 in the run.
