HAMPTON, Va. (April 3, 2024) – Hampton's track & field teams will begin competition at the 58th annual Colonial Relays starting tomorrow. The three-day meet is hosted by William & Mary at Zable Stadium and the Dan Stimson Throwing Events Area in Williamsburg, Va.
The men's hammer throw (4:30 p.m.) is the only event that will take place on Thursday. Friday's festivities kick off with the women's 5k at 9:45 a.m. and the women's hammer throw at 10:00 a.m.

Highlights from Last Week's Meet
The Pirates competed at both the Florida and Raleigh Relays.
Raleigh Relays
Emmani Shaw grabbed fourth in the high jump at 1.70m. She was named the Coastal Athletic Association (CAA) Field Athlete of the Week for this performance. This is the best high jump in the conference, 38th in the NCAA East Region, and 75th nationally.
Dieusi Armand placed eighth in the triple jump (12.30m).
Maya Hanks was 17th in the long jump (5.60m). Freshman
Rochele Solmon and
Nya Harmon notched seventh and ninth in the discus at 47.20m and 46.09m.
Florida Relays
Freshman
Leo Davis earned sixth place in the 800m (1:48.00) and freshman
Antoine Spencer battled to get 11th in the 200m (20.82). On the women's side in the 400m,
Kayla Spencer grabbed 13th and
Dejah Grant 14th (59.09, 59.31).
