HAMPTON, Va. (September 20, 2024) – Hampton's men's cross country is preparing to compete at the Soaring Hawks Invitational tomorrow morning in Princess Anne, Md. The race is hosted by the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and will take place at the UMES Recreation Fields.

The 8K race is set to begin at 11:45 a.m. Live results will be posted here.

Mohammed Al-YaFee, Nellie Ambriton, Daniel Danner, and Khalid Hamid will compete.

CNU Invitational

Khalid Hamid crossed first in the 8k for the Pirates in 30th (26:58.82). Freshman Mohammed Al-YaFee grabbed 32nd place with a time of 27:02.09. Nellie Ambriton placed in 59th (28:34.06).
