LAKEWOOD, N.J. (Oct. 31, 2025) … On Friday morning, the Hampton University men's cross country team finished its 2025 season with a 10^th place finish at the CAA Championships held at Ocean County Park.

Hampton totaled 326 points as Hofstra won the race with 44 points, followed by Northeastern (51) and Stony Brook (67).

The top finisher for the men was junior Khalil Hamid who ran the 8k course in 25:55.90 to finish 54^th. Right behind him was senior Mohammed Al-YaFee in 55^th with a 26:08.00. Rounding out the Pirates were sophomore Daniel Danner (68^th/27:40.40), freshman Dominic Bassey (74^th/31:39.70) and freshman Jordan Dones (75^th/32:14.40).
