2012 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Ran a 2:19.49 in the 800-meter run at the Wake Forest Open to finish 33rd… also ran a 10:49.45 in the 3,000-meter run to come in 23rd… finished fourth in the 800-meter run at the Tribe Invitational with a 2:22.80, while also running a 5:00.01 in the 1,500-meter run to finish eighth… ran a 19:01.15 in the 5,000-meter run at the Raleigh Relays, placing 10th in her section… came in 25th in the 3,000-steeplechase at the Colonial Relays with an 11:51.69… won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Norfolk State Relays with an 11:47.80, and also came in third in the 1,500-meter run with a 4:56.90… came in fourth in the 1,500-meter run at the Morgan State Legacy Meet with a 4:50.05… also ran a 19:11.71 in the 5,000-meter run to finish ninth… finished 10th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (12:30.92), 13th in the 5,000-meter run (21:31.99), and 14th in the 1,500-meter run (5:06.54) at the MEAC Championships.
2011-12 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Finished second in the unseeded mile run at the New York City Gotham Cup, running a 5:18.04… ran a 2:23.09 in the 800-meter run at Saturday at the Armory, finishing 11th… also came in 17th in the 3,000-meter run with an 11:31.28… ran a season-best 5:16.82 in the mile run at the Terrapin Invitational to finish fifth, while also finishing seventh in the 3,000-meter run with a season-best 10:48.19… ran a season-best 18:51.25 in the 5,000-meter run at the New Balance Collegiate, finishing 32nd… finished seventh in both the 3,000-meter run (10.52.86) and 5,000-meter run (19:31.94) at the MEAC Championships.
2011 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON
All-MEAC… ran a 20:21.81 in the season-opening UMES Lid-Lifter, finishing a team-best 36th… ran a 19:29.00 to finish 14th in the William & Mary Invitational… finished eighth in the Towson Invitational after running a 19:36.84… was the runner-up at the Great American HBCU Invitational thanks to a season-best 19:07.30… completed the 6K course at the William & Mary Open in 23:59.00, finishing 18th… ran a 19:17.69 to finish seventh at the MEAC Championships, helping the Lady Pirates win their second straight title… ran a 20:07.00 in the ECAC Championships, finishing 110th... led the Lady Pirates in four of their seven meets.

Third Team All-MEAC in the 3,000-meter steeplechase… ran a 19:55.92 in the 5,000-meter run at the Wake Forest Open, finishing 23rd… finished second in the 1,500-meter run at the Johnson C. Smith Invitational with a 4:53.07… finished third in the 1,500-meter run (5:03.03) and eighth in the 800-meter run (2:27.78) at the International Freedom & Friendship Games… ran a 2:19.56 in the 800-meter run at the Morgan State Legacy Meet to finish 13th… came in third in the 3,0900-meter steeplechase at the MEAC Championships… also finished sixth in the 5,000-meter run (19:01.54) and 12th in the 1,500-meter run (4:58.48).

Ran a 5:25.50 in the mile run at the Penn State Relays to finish eighth… ran an 11:11.05 in the 3,000-meter run to finish 30th at the New York City Gotham Cup… finished 14th in the mile run at the Terrapin Invitational with a time of 5:29.61… finished ninth in the 3,000-meter run (10:51.94) and 16th in the mile run (5:22.37) at the Vince brown Invitational… finished sixth in the 5,000-meter run (19:02.53), seventh in the 3,000-meter run (11:04.84) and seventh in the mile run (5:19.49) at the MEAC Championships.
2010 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON
Named All-MEAC… Finished third in the UMES Lid-Lifter Invite with a 20:11.49… ran a 19:28.22 in the UMES Cappy Anderson Invite to finish 11th… ran a 15:28.00 over the 4K course at the Colonial Inter-Regional to finish 17th… ran a 19:27.30 in the HBCU Cross Country Challenge to come in fourth… finished 28th in the Tribe Open, running the 6K course in 25:05.00… ran a season-best 19:02.10 at the MEAC Championships to finish 12th, helping the Lady Pirates win the team title.

Ran track & filed all four years… also ran cross country as a sophomore, junior and senior… named Team MVP all four years… Third Team All-County in the 800-meter run as a freshman… ran a 2:16.00 in the 800-meter run and a 5:16.00 in the 1,600-meter run as a sophomore… named All-Area and First Team All-County as a junior after running a 2:14.00 in the 800-meter run and a 5:08.00 in the 1,600-meter run… All-Area in cross country as a senior, with a best time of `8:55.00… also named Athlete of the Year.
