2012 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON
Opened the season by finishing 20th in the Hornet Invitational, completing the 5K course in 18:04.48… ran a 31:22.00 over the 8K course at the William & Mary Invitational, finishing 77th… ran a 29:44.38 at the CNU Invitational to finish 85th… came in 38th in the MEAC Championships with a personal-best 29:07.54.

2011 CROSS COUNTRY SEASON
Ran a 31:19.40 at the UMES Cappy Anderson Invitational, finishing 51st… came in 11th at the Virginia Union Invitational, running a 32:33.00… ran a season-best 31:05.30 to finish 57th at the Great American HBCU Invitational… came in 13th at the Panther Cross Country Classic after running a 31:53.00… finished 62nd at the MEAC Championships with a 31:07.40.

METHACTON HIGH SCHOOL
Was on the track & field team all four years… ran a 54.10 in the outdoor 400-meter dash as a freshman, earning Most Respected Freshman honors… named Team MVP as a sophomore, running a 50.10 in the 400-meter dash… named Team MVP again as a junior, running a personal-best 49.10 in the 400-meter dash and a 1:57.00 in the 800-meter run… finished eighth in the state championship… Team MVP yet again as a senior, running a 49.60 in the 400-meter dash… was on the 4x800-meter relay team that won the AAU national championship the summer after his senior year.
