In 2011, Malloy's receiving corps ranked 18th nationally in passing offense capturing over 270 yards as the Monarchs captured a 10-3 overall mark, played their way to a second place finish in their first season in the Colonial Athletic Association, and advanced to the second round of the FCS playoff.
