Hampton University junior guard Nicole Hamilton was named HU Athlete of the Week, following her performance on the hardwood.

Hamilton (Hampton, Va.) poured in a career-high 24 points – including 15 in the second half – as the Lady Pirates came back to beat Morgan State 66-60 on Saturday to remain unbeaten in conference play. She was 7-for-16 (43.8 percent) from the floor and hit eight of her 12 free throws.

She also had eight rebounds and five assists in the win.
