Hampton University senior hurdler Breana Norman was named HU Athlete of the Week following her performance on the track this past weekend.

Norman (Virginia Beach, Va.) swept the 60-meter hurdles events at the UMES Coach O Invitational and CNU Holiday Open this past weekend, running an 8.68 at UMES on Friday before turning in an 8.49 on Saturday at CNU.

Her 8.49 is currently tied for the third-fastest time in the nation.
