Hampton University sailor Maximilian Kuester was named HU Athlete of the Week for his performance on the water this past weekend.

Kuester was part of a dominating performance for the Pirates as they took the Colony Cup. He sailed in the A Division with Giuditta Di Laghi and they won eight of the 10 races they ran.

The other two races were second-place finishes.
