Twarn Mixson was named HU Athlete of the Week following his performance this past weekend on the gridiron.

Mixson caught nine passes for a career-high 172 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's season-ending 42-3 win at Savannah State. It was his fifth 100-yard receiving game of the season.

Mixson caught a 40-yard touchdown pass from David Watford in the first quarter.
