Hampton University senior Ce'aira Brown was named HU Athlete of the Week following her performance on the track this past weekend.

Brown finished seventh in the 800-meter run at the NCAA Indoor Championships on Saturday after running a 2:06.87 in the final. This came after she ran a 2:04.72 in the preliminary heats, breaking her own school record.

Brown will likely earn All-America status from the USTFCCCA.
