Hampton University freshman Antwon Chisholm was named HU Athlete of the Week for the second time this season after his stellar performance on the football field.

Chisholm (Belle Glade, Fla.) was named MEAC Rookie of the Week for the third time this season after rushing for 98 yards on 17 carries in saturday's 7-6 win over Norfolk State in the 48th Battle of the Bay. Chisholm also scored the Pirates' lone touchdown of the afternoon.

Thanks in large part to Chisholm's performance, the Pirates (5-1, 4-0 MEAC) have won five straight and are tied atop the MEAC standings with Bethune-Cookman.
