Hampton University sophomore Rebecca Glazier was named HU Athlete of the Week following her outstanding performance over the weekend in the bowling alley.

Glazier (Newport News, Va.) led the Lady Pirates to an 8-4 mark over the weekend at the Morgan State Invitational. In Saturday’s 5-person match play, she totaled a team-high 1,040 pins – an average of 208 pins per match.

She bowled a team-high 235 against Sacred Heart, while also bowling a 215 against Bethune-Cookman and a 212 against Florida A&M.
