Jermaine Marrow had 22 points and six assists, while
Ben Stanley matched his career high with his third straight 20-point game as Hampton fell 120-71 at Illinois on Saturday night.
The Illini shot a blistering 64.3% from the field for the game as Ayo Dosunmu and Kofi Cockburn had 20 points each to pace five in double figures for the hosts. Cockburn had a double-double with a game-high 13 rebounds.
Hampton continues on a three-game road swing visiting San Francisco on Tuesday for a 3pm EST tip with the Dons.
