2010-11 R-JUNIOR SEASON
Played in 29 games as a reserve for the Pirates… averaged 0.7 points and 1.3 rebounds per game… went 8-for-20 (40.0 percent) from the floor on the season… scored a season-high seven points in the season opener at Wake Forest on Nov. 15… also pulled down a season-high six rebounds in that contest… blocked a career-high four shots against Florida A&M on Feb. 21… averaged 6.8 minutes per game.

2009-10 R-SOPHOMORE SEASON
Named team’s Most Improved Player… played in 27 games for the Pirates, making 19 starts… averaged 2.0 points and 2.6 rebounds per game… was third on the team with 20 blocks on the season, an average of 0.7 per game… scored a career-high 10 points against Delaware State on Feb. 27… pulled down a career-high seven rebounds on Jan. 3 against Fordham… tied his career high with three blocks against Howard on Dec. 5… tied his career high with two steals on March 1 against Longwood.

2008-09 R-FRESHMAN SEASON
Played in 19 games for the Pirates, making two starts… averaged 0.3 points and 0.8 rebounds a game… scored a season-high four points on 2-for-4 shooting Nov. 20 against George Mason… also had a season-high four rebounds (three offensive) and three blocked shots in that game… blocked two shots at Alaska-Anchorage… had two assists against San Diego State… scored two points on a pair of free throws at Norfolk State Feb. 28, his only other points of the season… played a season-high 23 minutes against George Mason.

2007-08 FRESHMAN SEASON
Redshirted for the Pirates.

LAUREL HIGH SCHOOL
Four-year starter for the Laurel High School basketball team… averaged 13 points, 12 rebounds and four blocks a game as a senior… earned second team All-County honors his senior year… named team’s Best Defender in his junior season.

PERSONAL
Born May 17, 1988… son of Matilda and Dago Lola-Charles… nicknamed Big Lola… majoring in art… wants to continue playing basketball after graduation and open a business or work for Disney using his art skills.
