2011 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Opened the season with a 2:23.35 in the 800-meter run at the Wake Forest Open, coming in 36th… finished eighth in the 400-meter hurdles at the Johnson C. Smith Invitational after running a 1:04.47… ran a 1:06.62 in the 400-meter hurdles at the International Freedom & Friendship Games, finishing eighth… ran a 1:06.04 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Morgan State Legacy Meet, placing 16th… finished 14th in the 400-meter hurdles at the MEAC Championships, running a 1:05.56.

2010-11 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Ran a 1:39.21 in the 600-meter run at the CNU Holiday Open to finish 12th… won her section of the 400-meter dash at the UMES Coach O Invitational, running a 59.97… ran a 1:18.11 in the 500-meter dash at the Penn State relays to finish eighth, while also running a 26.61 to tie for 23rd in the 200-meter dash… finished third in the 600-meter run at the New York City Gotham Cup with a 1:40.71… ran a 2:27.32 in the 800-meter run at the Vince Brown Invitational to finish 15th.

WESTERN BRANCH HIGH SCHOOL
Ran track & field all four years… was named All-State and All-American as a junior and senior… ran a 1:17.80 in the 500-meter dash as a junior… ran a 44.60 in the 400-meter hurdles as a senior… helped Western Branch win a state championship as a senior.

Born Oct. 29, 1992… daughter of Sandra and Theodore Pinnock… has two brothers: Theodore (27) and Anthony (26), and one sister: Shakihra (25)… nicknamed Ressa… majoring in architecture… wants to become an architect, focusing mostly on residential areas.
