Played JV football as a freshman, earning Defensive MVP honors and was named Defensive Player of the Year… moved up to the varsity squad as a sophomore, winning the Most Hustle Award… won regional championships as a freshman and sophomore… blocked five punts, recorded three sacks, and had over 40 tackles as a junior... had over 50 tackles as a senior, to go along with six sacks, 10 tackles for loss, and three blocked punts… was named Defensive MVP as a senior… also played basketball as a sophomore and senior… was also on the track & field team all four years, qualifying for the state championship as a junior.
