Second Team All-MEAC in the indoor distance medley relay as a junior… holds the MEAC record in the 800-meter run with a 1:48.00… was a junior qualifier in the 800-meter run for USA nationals.

SOUTHEAST RALEIGH HIGH SCHOOL
Was an All-American in the 800-meter run as a senior… was also All-County… turned in a time of 1:54.00 in the 800-meter run… won the indoor state championship as a senior… competed in the USATF 4x800-meter relay in the summer of 2009, coming in second.

PERSONAL
Born June 3, 1991… son of Gyvonya and Walker Simmons… has one brother, Travis (23), and one sister, Daivonya (20)… pursuing a 5-year MBA… wants to be a future Olympian… also wants to become a professional CEO of his own company and become an international superstar.
