2016 SEASON
Played in five games in 2016…he completed three of five passes and ran for a season-high 21 yards in the season opener at Old Dominion.
UNIVERSITY OF UTAH
Redshirted as a freshman… played in one game in 2014, completing all three passes for 17 yards and rushing twice for 22 yards against Idaho State.
 
PASADENA HIGH SCHOOL
Played both football and baseball as a freshman, sophomore, and junior… was First Team Honorable Mention as a sophomore… was named First Team All-Conference as a junior after throwing for 2,700 yards, rushing for 1,000 yards, and accounting for 43 touchdowns... led the league in passing and ranked fourth in rushing… also played basketball.
 
PERSONAL
Born Aug. 4, 1995… son of Shavown and Brian Cox… has two siblings: Brittany (30) and Brian (27)… both parents are Hampton University graduates, and father Brian played on the football team… nicknamed B.Cox… majoring in communications with a minor in recreation and tourism… wants to play in the NFL and later become an athletic director.
