2020-21 SEASON
Returned late in the season from knee injury to play in five games with four starts…averaged 5.0 points and 1.6 assists per game…had season high eight points at High Point (2/20)..dished out season high three assists and had season high three rebounds at UNC Asheville (1/29).

2019-20- SOPHOMORE SEASON 
Played and started all 29 games this season for the Lady Pirates, VanArsdale is averaging 15.2 points, 2.7 rebounds and 3.4 assists per contest…. was 146-for-360 (40.6%) from the floor on the season…VanArsdale was named BoxToRow National Player of the Week for the week ending February 16. Had seven 20+ points games and seven games of six or more assists. Had a season high of 31 points against Longwood. She finished 1st in scoring, and was 2nd in assists on the team. She was 1st in minutes played (38.3mpg), 5th in scoring with (15.2 ppg) and 8th in assists (3.4 apg) in the Big South Conference…she earned a first team selection as well as All-Academic..played a total of 1085 minutes…finished the season with 442 points, 56 steals, 100 assists, and 77 rebounds.

2018-19- FRESHMAN SEASON
Played in 30 games for the Lady Pirates, making 30 starts on the season… averaged 15.7 points, 3.0 assists, 2.0 steals and 3.1 rebounds per contest…was 142-for-367 (38.7%) from the floor on the season…VanArsdale scored a career-high 33 points vs. High Point on March 2, shooting 11-23 from the field and 8-10 from the line…had 29 points in Hampton's win over CAA regular-season champion James Madison on Nov. 20, where she had a single game high with 12 free throws made…..she finished the season 1^st in three point field goals made…2^nd in scoring and 2^nd assist and 3^rd in steals on the team …she landed 4^th in scoring and 9^th in assist in the Big South conference…She has earned Big South Conference Freshman Of The Week five times this year…she was named VaSID Rookie of the Year and named to VaSID second team…VanArsdale is the second Hampton player in the last 15 years to be named Rookie of the Year…she was also named Freshman of the Year in the Big South Conference and was selected to second team All-Conference.

HILLGROVE HIGH SCHOOL
Served as the captain of the varsity team all four years at Hillgrove High School…twice named a Player of the Week selection…named to the All-County and All-Region First Team…led her team to the state quarterfinals as a senior…averaged 20 points per game as a freshman, 25 per game as a sophomore and junior, and 15 as a senior.

The daughter of Elisa and Daren VanArsdale…has four siblings: Logan, Leah, London, and Monte…served on the yearbook committee.
