2011 OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Opened the season by helping the 4x400-meter relay team come in second (3:46.89) and by finishing fourth in the high jump (1.63 meters) at the Wake Forest Open.
2010-11 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
First Team All-MEAC in the 4x400-meter relay… Second Team All-MEAC in the high jump and pentathlon… finished second in the 600-meter run (1:35.22) and ninth in the 60-meter hurdles (9.13) at the CNU Holiday Open… won the high jump at the UMES Coach O Invitational with a mark of 1.70 meters… helped the 4x400-meter relay team come in third at the Penn State Relays with a 3:49.04… helped the 4x400-meter relay team win gold at the New York City Gotham Cup with a time of 3:45.59, while also coming in fourth in the 400-meter dash with a 57.00… helped the 4x400-meter relay team win gold at the Terrapin Invitational (3:50.32), while also finishing second in the high jump (1.73 meters)… was on the 4x400-meter relay team that finished second at the Penn State Nationals with a time of 3:43.33, while also coming in fourth in the pentathlon with 3,694 points… won the college high jump at the Armory New Balance Collegiate Invitational with a season-best mark of 1.78 meters… came in fifth in the 60-meter hurdles at the Vince Brown Invitational with a time of 9.09… anchored the 4x400-meter relay team that took home the title in the MEAC Championships with a 3:46.75… came in second in both the high jump (1.70 meters) and the pentathlon (3,451 points)… led the 4x400-meter relay team to gold in the ECAC Championships with a time of 3:43.51… also came in fourth in the pentathlon with 3,643 points.

First Team All-MEAC in the heptathlon and 4x400-meter relay… finished fourth in both the heptathlon (4,391) and the 400-meter hurdles (1:01.72) at the Shamrock Invitational… helped the 4x400-meter relay team finish second with a 3:39.97 at the UCF Invitational, also finishing tied for second in the high jump at 1.60 meters and fourth in the 400-meter hurdles with a 1:02.32… anchored the 1,600-meter sprint medley team that finished eighth at the Florida Relays with a 4:01.20… also ran a 1:00.49 to finish 16th un the 400-meter hurdles… won the high jump with a mark of 1.64 meters at the Murray Neely Invitational… ran a 1:01.41 in the 400-meter hurdles to finish second at the International Friendship & Freedom Games… ran a 1:00.59 in the 400-meter hurdles to finish 19th in the heats at the Penn Relays… won the heptathlon at the MEAC Championships with a school-record 4,904 points, while also helping the 4x400-meter relay team take gold in 3:40.83… also finished fourth in the 400-meter hurdles (59.80) and fifth in the high jump (1.58 meters)… ran a 1:00.48 in the semifinals of the 400-meter hurdles at the NCAA East Regional to finish 23rd.
2009-10 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
First Team All-MEAC in the pentathlon… Third Team All-MEAC in the high jump… won the high jump at the New York City Gotham Cup at 1.70 meters… was also on the 4x400-meter relay team that won with a time of 3:50.79… jumped 1.63 meters to finish fourth in the high jump at the Kent Taylor UNC Classic, while also running a 2:23.84 in the 800-meter run to finish 11th… helped the 4x800-meter relay team win with a 9:07.00 at the Terrier Invitational, also finishing fourth in the high jump at 1.62 meters… helped the distance medley relay team win (11:50.18) and the 4x800-meter relay team finish fourth (9:02.04) at the Armory New Balance Collegiate Invitational… also finished tied for fifth at 1.65 meters in the high jump… won the pentathlon at the MEAC Championships with 3,449 points, also finishing third in the high jump with a mark of 1.65 meters.

Helped the 4x400-meter relay team finish third with a 3:49.96 at the Morgan State Legacy Meet, while also running a 1:11.73 to finish 20th in the 400-meter hurdles… jumped 1.65 meters in the high jump at the MEAC Championships, finishing sixth.
2008-09 INDOOR TRACK & FIELD SEASON
Second Team All-MEAC in the high jump… jumped 1.70 meters in that event to finish second at the MEAC Championships… opened the season with a sixth-place finish in the high jump at the CNU Holiday Open, jumping 1.63 meters… also finished 23rd in the 800-meter run (2:31.40) and was on the 4x400-meter relay team that finished first with a 3:51.89… won the high jump (1.62m), finished fifth in the long jump (5.37m), third in the 60-meter hurdles (9.16) and was on the winning 4x400-meter relay team (3:53.78) at the UMES Lid-Lifter Invite… finished second in the high jump at the Virginia Tech Invitational at 1.70 meters… tied for eighth in the high jump at the Penn State Invitational, jumping 1.60 meters… won the high jump at the Hampton University Invitational at 1.68 meters… ran a 1:15.77 in the 500-meter dash at the Captain’s Invitational to finish fifth… also finished third in the pentathlon with 3,485 points… finished seventh in the high jump at the Armory New Balance Collegiate Invitational with a jump of 1.70 meters… finished fifth in the MEAC pentathlon with 3,347 points.

Born Jan. 23, 1989… daughter of Narda Francis… has four siblings: Sanjay Shaw (23), Cashane Calder (13), Chardick Calder (17) and Jamario Campbell (9)… majoring in chemical engineering so as to pursue a career as a chemical engineer.
